Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure merchandise is properly processed, tagged, and displayed on the sales floor in a timely manner
  • Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Communicate effectively with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure seamless inventory management
  • Monitor team productivity and provide coaching as needed to maintain high standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized backroom area, adhering to all organizational and recovery standards
  • Promote a culture of honesty and integrity, maintaining confidentiality and upholding company policies


Requirements:


  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  • Team player with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
