Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled driver to join our team at Fairfax HQ. As a driver, you will be responsible for delivering merchandise from our main headquarters in Fairfax, Virginia, to our different locations and customers in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Our company operates a commissary-based model, where our locations in DC receive merchandise from our Headquarter location based in Fairfax. As a driver, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the delivery of these goods from our commissary kitchen to our different locations.

On a typical day, you will work under the guidance of our logistics and operations manager and kitchen manager to coordinate the merchandise that needs to be delivered to our restaurants in DC. You will also coordinate with our logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

We are currently offering a $500 bonus after 500 hours worked for this position. Please mention it during your interview to qualify.

This role requires flexible availability from Monday to Saturday. You will be required to bring your driver's license to your interview, as well as other applicable hiring documents (passport or EAD, and social security card).

Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid standard driver's license
  • Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery van
  • Must be able to move boxes and merchandise weighing 50lb or more
  • Must have a safe driving record (no DUI/DWI/Reckless/Suspensions)
  • Drive safely in various weather conditions
  • Navigate a variety of routes throughout the city while adhering to a time schedule
  • Exceptional customer service skills
