We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Case Manager to join our Protective Services Unit at Greater Springfield Senior Services, Inc. (GSSSI). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to vulnerable adults and their families, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake and investigation of cases of abuse and neglect
  • Develop and implement effective service plans to address the needs of clients
  • Monitor cases and provide ongoing support to clients and their families
  • Collaborate with community resources and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of case activities and outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or higher degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling
  • At least one year of experience in counseling, casework, or case management, preferably in a Protective Services or crisis intervention role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
