Job Summary

The Patient Experience Representative plays a vital role in ensuring that every individual visiting our medical center feels welcome and supported. This position requires a high level of customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional care and attention to patients, visitors, and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen patients, visitors, and associates, enforcing visitor/support person restrictions as necessary
  • Perform service recovery and assist during special events
  • Provide direction to desired locations, including transporting individuals as needed
  • Offer assistance to visitors as appropriate to ensure a positive experience
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • BLS certification issued by American Heart Association (preferred)
  • Hospitable and sensitive to the needs and feelings of others
  • Ability to enforce challenging restrictions during infectious disease outbreaks
  • One year of experience in customer service (preferred)
Working Conditions

This role requires moderate physical effort, including lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds. The Patient Experience Representative will be responsible for speaking, listening, and communicating with a wide variety of persons.

As a representative of CHRISTUS Health, this individual will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional service to all individuals interacting with the medical center.
