Job SummaryWe are seeking an HR Operations Associate to join our team. This role will own HR operations and support the Recruiting and Sales teams by assisting with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Process weekly payroll and create associated invoices
- Track and maintain records for PTO, holiday pay, sick pay, and bonuses
- Serve as the point of contact for pay, benefits, and time-off inquiries
- Complete commission reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Onboard new hires and facilitate orientation calls
- Manage and administer benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and communications
- Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and drug screenings
- Handle VOEs, exit interviews, unemployment claims, and associated documentation
- Maintain and update HRIS records for all employees
- Manage general office tasks; edit and format resumes, send online assessments, answer and direct incoming calls, order supplies and business lunches
- Assist Recruiters with sourcing as needed
- Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Interest in the Staffing Industry and Human Resources
- Experience using ATS platforms (i.e. Bullhorn)
- Knowledge of UK employment practices
- Previous HR Coordinator experience (Internships included)
