Patient Monitoring Specialist

Our innovative solution enables early detection of medical events, such as Congestive Heart Failure, COPD Exacerbations, Pneumonia, Sepsis, UTIs, and Falls. With over 20,000+ lives monitored daily, we're growing rapidly and seeking a skilled Remote Patient Monitoring Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial remote patient monitoring visits at skilled nursing facilities within a designated region.
- Take vital signs and document findings accurately.
- Assist with virtual patient visits, ensuring all necessary technology is functioning properly.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to patients.
- Oversee company equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Develop strong relationships with patients and effectively communicate information to enhance their experience.
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) or willingness to obtain.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive to various skilled nursing facilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using technology, including Google Suite and multiple EMRs.
- Comfortable in a dynamic and evolving startup environment.
- English required, Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $20 - $30 an hour
