Position Summary:

This role involves sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals for short-term contract assignments at various facilities nationwide. The ideal candidate will excel in building and nurturing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders through exceptional customer service and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and maintain a consistent pool of qualified candidates.
  • Achieve and surpass company sales targets while managing a full desk of business within the first year.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of various healthcare specialties and units within six months.
  • Foster positive relationships even in challenging situations.
  • Gain foundational knowledge of compliance, database management, and payroll processes within six months.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred experience in Travel Nurse Recruiting.
  • Minimum of one year in Sales, Account Management, or as an Account Executive.
  • Open to feedback and willing to learn from experiences.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and apply new information effectively.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and be a proactive self-starter.
  • Adapt swiftly to changing priorities while maintaining performance under pressure.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
