Position Summary: Must have demonstrated experience in HR Operations, ideally in healthcare. Must have technical experience with analytics and reporting skills in Excel. This position is remote.

Job Responsibilities: As an HR Manager of Workforce Planning, you will perform complex data collection from various internal and external sources, analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and produce reports. You will ensure the organization's success by collecting and analyzing people analytics and metrics to identify important workforce trends and demonstrate their implications on the business. Your role will involve ensuring data accuracy and integrity across multiple platforms and understanding the impact of changes in one system on related systems.

About the Role: The ideal candidate will lead the creation, analysis, and delivery of insights into our People data. You will collaborate with Executive leadership, HR Partners, and business teams to leverage insights to inform key business decisions and people trends.

Main Responsibilities Include: Define the implementation of HR Analytics vision and strategic roadmap, establish strong partnerships across all aspects of the business, define and implement HR Master Data Management policy, process, and data definitions, establish a data governance model, develop HR workflows using approved tools, propose solutions based on best practice reporting and analytics, restructure and analyze large data sets from several systems, present data in a clear, compelling, and user-friendly manner, continuously improve curated data sets, optimize self-service descriptive and diagnostic analytics for consumers, educate and build Analytics capability within HR and throughout our consumers of HR data.

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree, at least 5+ years of business analytics, reporting, and data management experience, preferably within Workforce Analytics, experience with Infor Lawson/GHR preferred.
