This is a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and experience in HR operations to drive business success. As a Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in collecting and analyzing data from various internal and external sources, identifying trends and patterns, and producing actionable insights for strategic workforce planning and decision-making.

Under the direction of the Vice President of HR Services, you will ensure the organization's success by translating aggregate data into clear, concise, and business-relevant information for HR and Leadership. This role requires strong partnerships across all aspects of the business, including Senior Business Leaders, Enterprise Analytics team, Information Systems, Finance, Audit, HR & Legal.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in collaborating with Executive leadership, HR Partners, and business to leverage insights to inform key business decisions and people trends. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining the implementation of HR Analytics vision and strategic roadmap and moving the organization to predictive analytics
  • Establishing strong partnerships across all aspects of the business to ensure collaboration, aligned functional reporting, and enhanced data insights
  • Defining and implementing HR Master Data Management policy, process, and data definitions, and establishing data governance models

We offer a competitive salary of $45-$65 per hour based on experience. The estimated annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $134,800.
