We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at AccentCare. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to a segment of our branch team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for a segment of the branch team.
  • Develop and implement business development initiatives to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage all functions necessary to ensure operational, service, and business goals are aligned with company and division business objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of assigned team staff, including recruiting, hiring, assessment, staffing, and scheduling.
  • Ensure on-call oversight and support for clients and field staff needs.
  • Identify and source cross-referral opportunities within the branch.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting or two years of full-time study at an accredited college or university.
  • One or more years of business development experience preferred.
  • Home care or staffing experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
