The Branch Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Home Health branch, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and support staff, drive business growth, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Supervise and support clinical staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to deliver exceptional care.
- Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations to establish revenue and budget goals, and work towards achieving them.
- Conduct regular quality improvement meetings, review patient satisfaction data, and implement changes to improve outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with referral sources, patients, and families to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Partner with Sales Directors and Account Managers to meet admission goals and drive business growth.
- Current RN License.
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with experience motivating and supporting staff.
- Knowledge of business management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement principles.
- Fiscal management experience and proficiency in EMR systems, preferably Homecare Homebase.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
