Lead Home Health Operations with Excellence

The Branch Director, Home Health Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home health branch, ensuring seamless delivery of quality patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a high-performing team, drive business growth, and foster a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Supervise and develop a team of clinical and administrative staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure exceptional care and service.
  • Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations and the AVP of Operations and Finance to establish branch revenue and budget goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct regular quality improvement initiatives, analyzing patient satisfaction data, and implementing process improvements to drive excellence.
  • Partner with Sales Directors and Account Managers to meet admission goals, participating in sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Current RN License.
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably within Home Health or Hospice.
  • Outstanding leadership skills, with a proven track record of motivating, educating, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience with quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools, as well as business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Fiscal management experience, with a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • EMR proficiency, with prior experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) a plus.
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile liability insurance.
