Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional cashier services utilizing various payment systems, including cash registers and credit card processing.
- Greet and interact warmly with customers as they enter the store, addressing their needs promptly.
- Provide outstanding service to customers, colleagues, and volunteers both in-store and through other communication channels.
- Maintain the organization of merchandise by restocking shelves and tidying up throughout your shift.
- Ensure that all fitting room items are returned to their designated areas at the end of each shift.
- Encourage customer participation in our loyalty program, aiming for a 50% enrollment rate.
- Assist in various areas of the thrift shop as needed, including support at other locations.
- Be prepared to work during non-standard hours, including holidays, for restocking and special events.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in cashiering and customer service is essential.
- Experience in a thrift or consignment environment is preferred.
- Must have flexible availability and reliable transportation.
