About the Role

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze market trends, industry insights, and new growth opportunities through various platforms, including GSA Portal, GSA eBuy, SeaPort NxG, and SAMs.
  • Evaluate business processes and finances, and analyze consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
  • Propose organizational changes, such as new systems, procedures, or pricing models, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate findings to senior business development managers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients, and create pitch decks to showcase company offerings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage the strategic planning calendar for events and partner meetings, and follow up discussions from events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Analytical and market research skills, with the ability to identify and understand opportunities on platforms like GovWin, GSA Portal/eBuy/Symphony, and SAMs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas in person, in writing, and via video conferences.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to help manage proposal processes and lead smaller RFPs and RFIs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and critical thinking skills.
  • A strong work ethic and strict attention to detail.
