Market Leader - Cincinnati Region

At Heartland Bank, we're seeking a seasoned Market Leader to spearhead our commercial lending efforts in the Cincinnati region. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial customers, community leaders, and internal teams
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services that meet customer needs
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of commercial lending products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
