Role Summary
The Client Support Specialist (CSS) will manage incoming communications from clients, addressing a variety of inquiries and requests. The CSS will also initiate outbound communications to confirm existing bookings and strive to deliver outstanding client experiences.
Work Schedule: Friday - Tuesday 9:00am to 6:00pm (MST)
Primary Responsibilities
• Adhere to the company’s Core Values consistently
• Ensure client satisfaction and deliver professional support
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards callers at all times.
• Handle incoming calls to assist clients
• Conduct outbound calls as necessary
• Act as a client advocate and work to resolve client concerns
• Collaborate with other departments to address client issues
• Monitor emails and team communications daily
• Occasionally send confirmation emails upon client request.
• Document and report any incidents as advised by the caller
Qualifications & Skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to remain composed when clients are distressed or upset.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Administrative roles within a goal-driven environment.
• Proficient in computer usage, including database management, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
• Adequate typing skills and comfort with technology.
Knowledge and Expertise
• Strong oral and written communication abilities
• Proven track record in Customer Service excellence
• Must be adaptable, capable of multitasking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with reservations is preferred

The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective communication skills, organizational abilities, analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, flexibility, resilience under pressure, initiative, and meticulous attention to detail.
Work Environment
This role may require extended periods of sitting. The position necessitates working during holidays, and occasional overtime may be required.
