About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Lifecycle Marketing efforts. As a critical member of our retention team, you will be responsible for driving key business metrics through data-driven experimentation and optimization.

You will report to the Director of Retention Marketing and be responsible for identifying, planning, executing, and monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns and other strategic initiatives intended to optimize and personalize the customer journey from initial purchase and activation through retention.

You will work closely with partner sales, other marketing specialists, and cross-functional stakeholders through day-to-day execution of testing, analytics, creative, and campaign launches for key customer segments.

This position is based in the USA, Texas, and you may be required to be onsite at our Frisco, TX office likely 1-2 times a week, with flexibility around this. We will only consider candidates currently in the USA, Texas, and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, creation, and execution of comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness, fostering understanding, and driving growth through retention.
  • Advocate for the consumer and partners, ensuring consistency in visuals and messaging across programs, audiences, and regions within the business.
  • Lead creative optimization for the customer journey to improve the customer relationship and drive engagement, while focusing on key monetization opportunities.
  • Develop and execute testing strategies to optimize retention and monetization through personalized offers, promotions, and messaging.
  • Perform end-to-end monitoring of campaign execution and performance.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage stakeholders and drive initiatives.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on key metrics relating to bookings, retention rates, customer journey, and campaign performance for the portion of the retention business within your scope.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager with a strong ability to analyze, interpret, and work with data. You should have experience managing agency & outside partners (media, creative, and research) and a comprehensive understanding of the a/b testing process and data-driven experimentation.

You should also have a passion for and demonstrated track record of driving initiatives that improve customer experience and monetization, as well as experience with consumer-facing SaaS business models.

Strong business acumen and understanding of financial performance, underlying drivers, and levers are essential, as well as strong execution skills, including proven ability to drive multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Exhibit excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, along with persuasive verbal and written communication abilities. A team player that develops strong relationships, is able to influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional alignment to accomplish strategic objectives is a must.

Past experience managing people and background in high-growth or transformation-focused businesses are desirable. Familiarity with global businesses, tech industries, software-as-a-service business models, B2C & B2B2C distribution channels are also a plus.
