As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and patient registration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Operations
    • Coordinate and communicate with site requirements to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
    • Operate vehicles in accordance with state traffic laws and follow safe operation procedures.
  • Vehicle Maintenance
    • Schedule routine maintenance and required inspections of vehicles.
    • Inspect vehicles weekly to ensure proper and safe functioning.
    • Maintain a log of repairs and services rendered.
  • Patient Registration
    • Perform patient registration following established organizational policies and procedures.
    • Timely and accurately review, manage, and complete required edits to patient registration via the AuditLogix system.
    • Correctly challenge inappropriate registration errors flagged in AuditLogix.
  • Client and Clinical Services
    • Assist with clinical and client registration, ordering of patient tests, roster and schedule lists to site coordinators.
    • Review mammography screening results for abnormal results requiring follow-up and communicate with patients and physicians.
    • Maintain complete and accurate records for department statistics, FDA and ACR requirements and inspections.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School Diploma - Preferred
  • Experience
    • 3-5 Years Commercial driving experience - Required
    • 2 years experience in customer service field - Preferred
  • License & Certification
    • Valid Georgia Commercial Drivers License, Class A or B - Required
    • Medical Examiners Certificate in Accordance with the Federal Motor Carriers Regulation - Required
