We are seeking a skilled Medical Transportation Specialist to join our team at Safe Dependable Care Med Transportation. As a Medical Transportation Specialist, you will be responsible for transporting patients to and from medical appointments, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey.
Key Responsibilities- Operate wheelchair lifts and secure patients during transportation
- Assist patients with mobility issues to and from their destinations
- Use smartphones to report pick-up and drop-off times
- Manage schedules and communicate with headquarters and clients
- Provide exceptional patient care and maintain a high level of integrity
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
