Brand Ambassador Representative

Job Summary:
The Brand Ambassador will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with dispensary accounts, while assisting the local sales team in achieving their sales goals. Key responsibilities include:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides in-store services at client account dispensaries, including event demos, trainings, and patient appreciation days.
- Holds a comprehensive understanding of the Jeeter product line and effectively communicates its benefits to customers.
- Obtains video and photo content of in-store events to enhance social media presence.
- Sells products at demos through budtender and consumer education.
- Manages visual merchandising and product placement within assigned dispensary accounts.
- Executes budtender training and knowledge testing on Jeeter products.
- Processes and tracks invoices, reconciles, and supplies monthly accrual reports for the marketing team.
- Gauges store traffic and collects feedback and market intelligence.
- Event planning and execution.
- Audits brand materials to ensure availability to team members.
- Executes marketing requests from management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- At least 21 years old per state law.
- Valid instate Driver's License.
- Reliable transportation.
- Thorough knowledge of cannabis (effects, products, chemistry, etc.).
- General knowledge of computer skills.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for success.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Education and Experience:
- HS Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and/or promotional modeling & events.
- 1+ years' experience working in events facing the public.
- 1+ years' experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.
- 1+ years' experience in the legal cannabis industry (preferred).
- 1+ year cannabis event experience (preferred).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
- Must be able to commute and travel up to 100% of the time to different events and dispensaries within assigned locations.
- Weekend and afternoon/evening availability.
