About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Strategic Broking Director - Risk Solutions Leader to spearhead our team of multifaceted professionals who empower results for clients by delivering innovative solutions as part of CLevelCrossing's Risk Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Commercial Risk/Broking Strategy to deliver results for the practice and the firm, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  2. Deliver Aon United to improve communication and collaboration, enabling cross-selling opportunities and innovative solutions for clients, thereby enhancing our market position.
  3. Maintain and build carrier relationships, including support for Aon Inpoint, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  4. Support brokers with deal architecture skills on complex placements, providing expert guidance to achieve optimal outcomes.
  5. Develop marketing materials, market updates, and standard information for RFPs and client/prospect needs, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership.
  6. Support growth and innovation plans and strategies in connection with leadership, driving business expansion and diversification.
  7. Drive growth strategy, pipeline development, and execution with the team, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
  8. Increase practice/team connectivity within the Aon network, promoting knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving.
  9. Execute the Talent Agenda in connection with the leadership team, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  10. Create and develop goals and objectives for the transportation and logistics team, bringing best practices to the Aviation team, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.
Your Qualifications and Benefits
