Job Title: Occupational Therapy Professional

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced occupational therapy professional to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an occupational therapist with Soliant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to clients in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide occupational therapy services to students with varying abilities and needs* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized treatment plans* Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness* Develop and implement interventions to improve cognitive, physical, and emotional skills* Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

* Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program* 1+ years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a school setting* Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Texas* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Previous experience working with children with special needs is highly preferred
