Corporate Travel Program Administrator

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Travel Program Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their corporate travel programs run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Traveler Interface: Handle day-to-day questions and comments from travelers and travel arrangers, building strong relationships and providing timely support.
  • Suppliers: Engage with our sourcing team to expand and augment negotiated agreements, driving savings and enhancing traveler service.
  • Duty of Care: Understand and implement our client's Traveler Safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of our travelers.
  • Communication/Engagement: Contribute to internal communications, providing regular updates and insights to our clients.
  • Success Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to our clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of corporate travel account management or travel operations experience.
  • Proven experience navigating large organizations and multi-layered structures.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with superior Excel skills.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Project management skills to operate as an effective team player.
