Key Responsibilities:

The Retail Operations Supervisor (ROS) assists the store General Manager (GM) in guiding and mentoring store personnel to enhance the customer experience. The ROS is fully responsible for store operations in the absence of the GM.

Primary Duties:

  • Ensure exceptional service is consistently provided to all Sudden Service customers.
  • Foster a passion for the Sudden Service brand and culture among team members.
  • Serve as a role model for the core values and culture of Sudden Service.
  • Train, develop, and inspire team members to exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide daily coaching to staff on their roles in delivering the Sudden Service experience.
  • Maintain product quality and presentation standards as per Sudden Service guidelines.
  • Oversee inventory levels and ensure product freshness and rotation.
  • Uphold the visual standards of Sudden Service both inside and outside the store.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or hospitality.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Desire for personal and team development.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience in a convenience store or food service environment.
  • Prior supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
