Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance process for our property in Lebanon, TN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical condition of the property is maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the workflow for the service staff and delegate workload to staff.
- Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
- Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
- Diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry.
- Address issues with landscaping and snow/ice removal.
- Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
- Perform service requests correctly and promptly.
- Operate computers and other technological devices to access email and company software.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of property maintenance and/or maintenance experience.
- HVAC certification preferred.
- Effective communication.
- Maintain the physical condition of the property.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools.
- Building maintenance and repairs.
- Responding to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
- Accurately reporting all time worked.
- Following all company policies and procedures.
