Zions Wealth Management is currently in search of a skilled Client Account Service Associate (CASA). The CASA plays a crucial role in managing client service activities for multiple Wealth Advisors, enhancing the overall client experience through exceptional service. This position involves supporting business functions remotely, safeguarding client assets, and providing administrative and operational assistance to Wealth Advisors. The CASA must also possess a thorough understanding of firm policies, procedures, and digital tools to effectively interact with Wealth Advisors and both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Wealth Advisors with all sales support and administrative tasks, including data entry, preparing communications, electronic filing, answering inquiries, obtaining necessary approvals, pipeline reporting, marketing initiatives, client presentations, expense management, printing, faxing, and calendar coordination; deliver comprehensive customer service support to clients.
  • Organize and maintain complete client account and trade-related documentation for the Wealth Advisor and essential files for the branch office.
  • Provide requested reports and information to Wealth Advisor(s).
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring attention from the Wealth Advisor or Branch Manager, including any suspicious client or employee behavior.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve service transactions through thorough research.
  • Manage scheduling: coordinate appointments, maintain calendars, and liaise with other staff and external individuals as needed.
  • Research necessary information for client meetings.
  • Prepare documents, notes, reports, and presentation materials in collaboration with other client service team members as required.
  • Performance will be evaluated based on office success by taking ownership of all advisor office tasks, enabling the advisor to expand their business.
  • Undertake special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Preferred college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in investment or financial services preferred.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail with excellent follow-through is required.
  • Ability to problem-solve efficiently, demonstrate initiative, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and office etiquette (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to handle stress, meet strict deadlines, perform with high accuracy, and consistently deliver outstanding customer service.
