Job Overview:

As a Faculty Member, your role will involve guiding and facilitating student learning experiences in classroom settings, skills laboratories, and clinical environments, adhering to the approved curriculum of the college.

Main Functions:
  • Deliver the designated curriculum under the guidance of your direct supervisor.
  • Organize and supervise student activities.
  • Assess individual learning needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain precise records of student performance.
  • Administer examinations and evaluate student progress.
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans.
  • Address student inquiries and provide necessary guidance.
  • Engage in departmental meetings and collaborative activities.
  • Model professional conduct for students.
  • Instruct Pharmacy Technician courses and prepare students for successful careers.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the curriculum.
  • Participate in orientation, staff, and faculty meetings.
  • Monitor student attendance and academic progress.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant field experience.
  • Valid Pharmacy Technician Certification License.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
