Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced instructor to teach residential and commercial construction training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and construction trades, excellent communication and teaching skills, and the ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in residential and commercial construction trades
  • Design and implement curriculum that meets industry standards and best practices
  • Provide hands-on training and instruction to students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with industry partners and community stakeholders to ensure program relevance and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Possession of or ability to obtain a valid preliminary/clear California Career Technical Education Designated Subjects Teaching Credential in Building and Construction Trades
  • Three (3) letters of recommendation SIGNED AND DATED within the past three (3) years
