Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist PRN

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist PRN to join our team at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for operating CT scan equipment, interpreting physician orders, and preparing radiographs of specific areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately interpret physician orders and administer contrast materials
  • Prepare and operate CT scan equipment to ensure proper images are obtained
  • Obtain patient history, explain standard procedures, and address patient concerns
  • Produce computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as required
Qualifications:
  • A valid Florida CRT is required
  • ARRT Certification in (R) (CT) preferred
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience as CT Scan Technologist is preferred
  • A valid BLS certification is required (AHA preferred)
  • Fluency in the English language
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Accurate, proficient computer skills needed (EMR, Data Entry...)
