Job Summary
Noble Outfitters is a growing start-up company based in Modesto, California, providing quality products for the farm and ranch community. We are seeking a skilled Apparel Product Developer to manage the development process from concept through production hand-off, ensuring that products meet end-user needs, company standards for quality, consistency, and functionality, while meeting price, minimums, sourcing strategies, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product designs and specifications, ensuring that they meet company standards for quality, consistency, and functionality
- Manage the development process from concept through production hand-off, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products
- Collaborate with Design & Technical Design to facilitate the development of style, fabric, and trim development
- Develop materials and trims in accordance with company and product-specific standards, color standards, and timeline goals
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and trims

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in apparel product development
- Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, and textiles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment interacting with cross-functional partners on and off site
