Sales and Revenue Generation

The Graham Hotel in Georgetown, D.C. is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a dynamic hotel environment and drive sales growth.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

About the Position

This Sales Manager role is responsible for leading the sales efforts at the hotel and developing and implementing effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales and be able to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue goals
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners
  • Analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets
Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Previous Hotel Sales experience is required (preferably with a proven track record for success in sales and revenue generation)
  • MBA or Master's degree in Hospitality or related field
