About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Lead to join our Fabletics Retail Store team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales and operations, and working closely with the Store Manager and team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody our culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
  • Engage customers in new and meaningful ways, providing knowledge on our products and services.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Provide training and feedback to associates on our Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
  • Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines and communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
  • Participate in feedback to continuously improve the business and strive for excellence in meeting store objectives.
  • Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
Requirements
  • 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment.
  • Prior retail management experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices.
  • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Ability to work with large teams and have great interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
