Key Responsibilities- Perform mid-level break-fix and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, analyze information, and make informed decisions
- Identify root causes and corrective actions, adhere to all safety regulations and policies, and actively participate in job training opportunities for career development
- Work independently or with a team, carrying out verbal and written instructions from supervisors
- Support and back up other team members as directed by leadership, update records in CMMS, and assure compliance with 5S and housekeeping standards
- Provide inputs in CI activities, processes, results, and cost savings, perform carpentry and plumbing tasks, and setup and operate multiple machining operations
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities
- High school diploma (or equivalent), Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar program is not required but would be strongly preferred
- Basic to mid-level mechanical and electrical skills, including electrical maintenance, HVAC, and mechanical repair, with the aptitude to learn advanced skills
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems, analyze information, and make informed decisions
- Valid state driver's license, vehicle insurance, and dependable vehicle
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident of the U.S.
