About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions in Denver, CO. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, and systems troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on equipment in accordance with manufacturer's manuals, diagrams, sketches, etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mid-level break-fix and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, analyze information, and make informed decisions
  • Identify root causes and corrective actions, adhere to all safety regulations and policies, and actively participate in job training opportunities for career development
  • Work independently or with a team, carrying out verbal and written instructions from supervisors
  • Support and back up other team members as directed by leadership, update records in CMMS, and assure compliance with 5S and housekeeping standards
  • Provide inputs in CI activities, processes, results, and cost savings, perform carpentry and plumbing tasks, and setup and operate multiple machining operations
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities
  • High school diploma (or equivalent), Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar program is not required but would be strongly preferred
  • Basic to mid-level mechanical and electrical skills, including electrical maintenance, HVAC, and mechanical repair, with the aptitude to learn advanced skills
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems, analyze information, and make informed decisions
  • Valid state driver's license, vehicle insurance, and dependable vehicle
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident of the U.S.
