Job Summary

Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician II to join our team in Denver, CO. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing mid-level break-fix and preventative maintenance on equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and systems troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform mid-level break-fix and preventative maintenance on equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and systems troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
  • Support and back up other team members as directed by leadership.
  • Update records in CMMS.
  • Assure compliance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
  • Provide inputs in CI activities-processes, results, and cost savings.
  • Perform carpentry and plumbing tasks.
  • Setup and operate multiple machining operations, including CNC, lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.
  • Perform welding tasks.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent), Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar program is not required but would be strongly preferred.
  • Basic to mid-level mechanical and electrical skills, including electrical maintenance, HVAC, and mechanical repair.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems, analyze information, and make informed decisions.
  • Valid state driver's license, vehicle insurance, and dependable vehicle.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent resident of the U.S.
