Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Analyst to join our team at Potential Inc. as a key member of our Autism Intervention Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing behavior interventions for school students, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians, and supporting teachers with skill acquisition programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior interventions for school students, including functional analysis and positive behavior support plans.
  • Complete assessments and write effective behavior plans, including IEP development and data collection.
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and provide required supervision according to the BACB.
  • Assist with in-service training development and implementation, and support teachers and allied health professionals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop new strategies using scientific methods and provide research to support alternate teaching plans.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree or PhD in Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials.
  • PA Behavior Specialist License preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and knowledge of current issues in the field.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and time management skills.
