Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our multi-site properties in Madison. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including rent collection, security deposits, and property maintenance
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and content
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date property listings on our website and other online platforms
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from prospects and residents
  • Collect and process invoices for the property
  • Meet with maintenance staff daily to discuss work orders and turnover plans
  • Oversee capital improvement projects on-site
  • Inspect apartments regularly for safety and quality
  • Prepare financial reports, including variance reports and weekly leasing reports
  • Process payroll and handle other administrative tasks
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; A.R.M.(R), NALP, CPM, or other relevant certifications a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in a multi-site setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and residential management software
