About the Role
This Senior Communications Lead position is a key role within HunaTek Government Solutions, responsible for coordinating activities across a team of contributors to develop and manage communications, social, digital media, and outreach strategies in support of our customer's programmatic and portfolio goals.

You will work closely with our customer's federal staff to execute and evaluate their overall communications strategy, both internally and externally. Your responsibilities will include identifying and implementing ways to strategically position the technical communications portfolio to provide increased support internally, managing an up-to-date and comprehensive communications tracker and file management system, and organizing regular communications coordination meetings with various stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, and 8+ years of experience in a strategic communications role. You will also need demonstrated experience assisting customers on communications programming, implementation, and evaluations, as well as outstanding oral communication and presentation skills.

This position offers a competitive salary of $115,000 - $155,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, term life insurance, paid time off, and 11 paid holidays.
