Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Sunrise on Connecticut Avenue. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and inviting environment for our residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in resident suites, public areas, and support spaces.
  • Collect, clean, and redistribute community laundry according to established procedures.
  • Collaborate with Care Managers and Department Coordinators to ensure seamless resident care when requested.
  • Partner with the community team to promote adherence to OSHA requirements and Risk Management programs.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Able to provide housekeeping and laundry services in a resident-centered environment.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Possess good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work semi-independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
