Kiehl's Assistant Business Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Kiehl's Assistant Business Manager at our Selfridges Trafford Manchester store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and skincare expertise to our clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
- Develop and maintain strong business acumen, including sales analysis and inventory management, to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead by example, motivating and supporting the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve retail targets and key strategic goals.
- Meet and greet prospective customers, conducting skin consultations and sharing product knowledge to educate and empower them.
- Contribute to the development of the team and business through innovative ideas and a proactive approach.
- Support the Store Manager in their absence, taking full leadership and responsibility for the team and store operations.
