Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $15.50 per hour
Role Summary: The Specialized Solutions division at CRST is the preferred carrier for clients needing on-site, personalized, and specialized handling. We oversee deliveries for a diverse array of products across various sectors, including technology, communications, electronics, and healthcare. Our skilled drivers ensure safe loading, unloading, and setup of products for both consumers and businesses.
The Customer Service Specialist serves as a vital point of contact through our dedicated support line and electronic communication channels for agents, logistics centers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Track shipments for booking agents and customers.
- Investigate and resolve service-related issues by collaborating with planners, drivers, and logistics centers.
- Register free astrays as necessary.
- Process shipments for non-online agents.
- Provide system updates and maintenance as required.
- Address general inquiries, such as missing items and claims.
- Offer dates for truckload shipments and specialty fleets.
- Add and approve valuation within defined limits.
- Document all actions in the V601 system.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service is essential.
- A High School Diploma or GED is required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential.
