Job Title: Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at HEI Civil - Colorado. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in the execution of our construction projects, ensuring the success and timeliness of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare construction sites as needed
  • Lift heavy loads up to 70 pounds
  • Dig pits, trenches, and foundations
  • Remove and properly dispose of debris and waste materials
  • Load and unload supplies from trucks, both manually or by operating equipment
  • Perform all tasks in a safe manner by following all safety procedures on the job site
  • Attend daily safety meetings with the crew
  • Utilize proper lifting techniques
  • Report safety violations to the Supervisor and/or Safety Director
  • Immediately report any/all incidents to the Supervisor or Safety team
Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED preferred
  • 2+ years construction industry experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
  • Must have physical strength and endurance
  • Ability to lift heavy materials
  • Comfort working in high-stress environments with extreme weather fluctuations
