Job Summary

Mark Young Construction, LLC is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized jobsite, including sweeping and disposing of debris
  • Assist construction crews with material handling and equipment operation
  • Support carpenters and finishers with material staging and organization
  • Strip and organize forms as needed
  • Operate jobsite equipment under supervision
  • Take direction from superintendents, office/field engineers, and foremen
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of construction techniques and safety protocols
  • Ability to obtain necessary certifications, including OSHA 10 hour and forklift certification
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
