- Reviews and identifies gaps in the architecture and solution designs, assesses and defines remediation efforts or mitigation options.
- Drives practical solutions considering all teams, initiatives, and long-term outlook.
- Makes and implements complex decisions aimed at improving the quality, effectiveness, or ability to achieve revenue, profitability, and strategic goals for the organization.
- Leads the overall technical design and end-to-end solution design for assigned initiatives.
- Ensures quality, consistency, and alignment of designs to TMUS standards and digital strategy.
- Leads large cross-domain initiatives that are supported by E2E Design, E2E Arch applies digital standards to project Solution Architecture, drives Technical Strategy, and architectural tradeoff discussions.
- Leads the technical design process for applicable cross-domain initiatives.
- Owns technical solution on cross-domain initiatives.
Develops innovative solutions and technology strategy. Owns E2E solution design strategy across teams.
Requirements- 7-10 years of related work experience.
- Progressive experience in software engineering/enterprise architecture/technology leadership across multiple products, systems, and/or platforms coupled with strong business acumen and executive presence.
- Experience working in solutions design and enterprise architecture delivering IT solutions.
- Experience in Enterprise applications, PLM, middle-tier services, database, storage, distributed computing, virtualization, and/or application technology.
- Experience designing and/or implementing solutions for any of the following: Web Content Management, Personalization, Customer Data Platforms, Rich internet applications, Web & Social Analytics, Marketing Automation, Online Ad targeting.
- Software Engineering.
- Enterprise Architecture.
- Solution Architecture.
- Technical Leadership.
- Communication.
- Experience in designing solutions involving Adobe Solutions such as: Adobe Analytics, Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, Campaign, etc.
