Job Title: Technical Solutions Architect

We are HCLTech, a leading technology company with a global presence, and we're looking for a highly skilled Technical Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Technical Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in advancing our technological capabilities through innovation and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive test strategies, frameworks, and methodologies to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
  • Collaborate and mentor software QA leads providing guidance, technical expertise, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Define and communicate the test strategy for projects.
  • Ensure offerings are entirely functional and contribute to testing standards.
  • Advise best practices and optimizations throughout testing and bug-fixing processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in QA and testing and strive for continuous improvement of existing processes.
  • Implement feedback and changes as applicable.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • 12 - 15 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance & Testing, DevOps, Software engineering.
  • Should have played roles of Test Architect, Enterprise Testing Solutions.
  • Hands on expertise with tools like TOSCA and knowledge of ERP (viz SAP/Oracle EBS) is an added advantage.
  • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Knowledge of Test methodologies such as TMap.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • ISTQB Certification or equivalent is preferred.
What We Offer:
  • Base Salary: $115,000-$128,000 + Bonus Structure.
  • In addition, this position qualifies for benefits like health insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401(K).
