Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop test strategies, frameworks, and methodologies to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
  • Collaborate and mentor software QA leads, providing guidance, technical expertise, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Define and communicate the test strategy for projects.
  • Ensure offerings are entirely functional and contribute to testing standards.
  • Advise best practices and optimizations throughout testing and bug-fixing processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in QA and testing, and strive for continuous improvement of existing processes.
  • Implement feedback and changes as applicable.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • 12-15 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, DevOps, software engineering.
  • Hands-on expertise with tools like TOSCA and knowledge of ERP (SAP/Oracle EBS) is an added advantage.
  • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Knowledge of test methodologies such as TMap.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • ISTQB Certification or equivalent is preferred.
What We Offer

HCLTech offers a competitive salary range of $115,000-$128,000, plus a bonus structure. Additionally, this position qualifies for benefits like health insurance, paid time off (PTO), and 401(K). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and/or to comply with federal or state law.
