About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Developer to join our team at ATI Metals. As a Solutions Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom Progress applications and .Net / SharePoint applications based on requirements. You will work closely with our business user community and assist the IT leadership team with application architecture strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop custom Progress application enhancements based on requirements
- Design and develop custom .Net / SharePoint applications based on requirements
- Understand requirement scope and elaborate on technical design documentation
- Coordinate changes and bug fixes on various platforms and provide impact analysis
- Communicate the status of the work, progress, and obstacles to the team with limited supervision

Requirements:

- 5+ years of development experience including the following:
- Developing in Progress
- Developing and deploying in the .Net environment and Rich UI scripting framework
- Experience at all stages of project development lifecycle and production support
- Experience with an onsite / offshore development model
- Experience in various development frameworks like MVC, Web2.0, and worked on various technologies like ASP, VB, C#, ASPX, Entity Model, EDMX/Link, WCF, AJAX, Webservices (SOAP/REST), JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, SSIS, SSRS
- Experience in IIS, Team services
- Understanding and implementation experience with test methodologies and techniques
- Experience in Syteline ERP Application
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related subject
