Our client, Manufacturer of electric motors and power transmission components is seeking 2nd Shift CNC Machinists to join their team. As a CNC Machinists, you will be part of the production team supporting production needs. The ideal candidate will have Problem Solving, Computer programming and Blueprint Reading experience, which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: 2nd shift CNC Machinists 

Location: Cudahy, WI 

Pay Range: $20-$25/hr DOE. 

 

What’s the Job?

  • Set up, operate, and adjust various conventional or automatic machines such as Computer
  • Work from drawings and written instructions
  • Report variations in program sequences, positioning, cycle time
  • Adjust machine to control part dimensions.
  • Edit and prove out programs to meet or exceed customer requirements

 What’s Needed?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, operate and program CNC machines 
  • Effectively communicate in English and work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of various metals and of measurements used in machining processes
  • Accurately read and comprehend moderately complex material such as blueprints, work instructions, ISO procedures
  • Ability to use a computer with clear instructions and procedures
