Job Title: Service Department Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Service Department at Mechanical Concepts. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our team.

About the Job:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Service Coordinators, Operations Manager, and Service Manager
  • Manage material for workorders, maintain inventory of materials on hand
  • Work with vendors to resolve damaged material claims and monitor open purchase orders
  • Track requests for proposal and work change authorizations, update technician incentive files
  • Process PTO requests, order technician uniforms, and maintain lists of vehicles and drivers
  • Assist Service Managers as needed

Requirements:
