Job Summary

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to phone inquiries, taking and processing orders, and providing product information to customers. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and provide product information and technical data.
  • Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Interface with internal teams, including sales, product, and logistics, to resolve customer issues and provide support.
  • Quote prices and confirm orders in writing as required.
  • Utilize computer systems and customer files to retrieve order information and product data.
  • Participate in project and problem-solving teams to drive business results.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
