Director of Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Business Development to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth within the industrial sector. As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key industrial clients, identifying new market opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve company objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in industrial or B2B food manufacturing sales, with 5-8 years of progressive sales experience. They will possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
